I WAS really pleased to see another fabulous Pride weekend in Bolton with hundreds of people celebrating diversity in our town under the theme of Love Bolton Hate Homophobia.
Bolton has certainly come a long way in accepting and supporting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans equality. Long may this continue. We need to stand together to show that bigotry and intolerance have no place in our society.
Through the letters page I would just like to say a big well done to everyone who has worked hard behind the scenes to help make Bolton Pride 2016 such a success.
