I AM absolutely appalled to read in Saturday's edition about Cliff Morris' secret deal in providing Asons with this astronomical grant.
Where is the transparency here? Why can Cllr Morris tap into our reserves when the state of our roads, pavements and back streets are utterly disgusting.
