THE plans for Little Bolton Town Hall offer the opportunity to introduce some much-needed small family businesses into the town centre like we had in the once-popular Market Hall.
If more specialised shops are also included, this could prove to be quite an attraction for visitors to the town. I don't think we need any more bars or restaurants as there are already enough of these in the town centre in my opinion.
