I can understand by nursing recruitment is at rock bottom
I CAN understand why recruitment in Bolton for nurses has reached rock bottom.
It comes to why? Money is being spent wastefully on a no go quick cheap way of trying to fix this. Go abroad get cheap labour. The outcome failure.
It says in The Bolton News that Bolton NHS Foundation Trust are one of the most successful trusts in the UK by any measure.
Then it adds we are struggling to recruit!
A lot of NHS staff are demoralised hence they feel the need to leave and have. It would be a good idea to promote our country and the nurses who are trained professionals with the English language.
