ARE shoppers aware of the pathogens they are putting in their cupboards and refrigerators?
Are we expected to wash and disinfect all our food when we get home? Given strict health and safety laws regarding food hygiene, I am appalled that this is allowed.
All of our supermarkets allow children and their shoes in shopping trolleys.
Do I need to explain the variety of bodily fluids (from humans and dogs) daily deposited on our pavements? Surely there would be uproar if gave my dog a ride in the trolley?
I have mentioned my concerns to relevant supermarkets but managers "don't want to upset shoppers".
We need a strict policy of "shopping only in trolleys". Supermarkets are being used as a children's entertainment centre.
Keep children and feet out of trolleys...for healthy sake.
