MAY I respond to Stuart A Chapman's letter of May 16, in which he accused me of being patronising and pompous.
In the letter he refers to he also falsely states that I had the audacity to reproach the Bolton News for publishing a letter critical of Jeremy Corbyn. Anyone who read my letter will know this is not true.
Mr Chapman's letter is a clumsy attempt to shift the debate away from my intention. When I see untruths (lies) I will challenge them especially when printed in the local newspaper.
Also I questioned why the Bolton News edited out my criticism of their not printing names of blatantly, party political, fact free, electioneering, and printing their version of my letter, which is what I expect will happen with this one.
