The new Costa drive through being built on Lower Bridgeman Street, Bolton.
I WAS dismayed to read of the new Costa Drive Thru which will be opening shortly on Lower Bridgeman Street.
For the volunteer litter-pickers of the borough it means even more rubbish lying about as the coffee drinkers whizz their empty cups through their car windows, with no thought as to who will clear it away.
We already have an abundance of them littering the surrounding areas as it is and they have become a big problem.
Call me old-fashioned but I prefer to drink my coffee at home and think it looks slightly ridiculous seeing pedestrians wandering about drinking coffee as they go and is obviously highly dangerous in the case of motorists.
