BILL Collison must be a very disappointed Conservative. He obviously wrote his letter "Bring it on Theresa" June 22, before the Queen's Speech and failed to listen to the newspapers and the television news. The Prime Minister, Theresa May, and the Conservative Party have lost everything. In your words, bring it on. Labour for government.

The Queen's Speech was a travesty and remember, this Queen's Speech is for two years. You are not getting anything which you thought you voted for and I hope you are proud that they want to do a deal with Northern Ireland's DUP because I'm ashamed but so are most of the Tory party.

Theresa May’s record in government is a disgrace; she has betrayed children who have been abused by failing to set up a proper independent commission to look into it. She picked a fight with the electorate which she did not have to and published a manifesto she could not take the trouble to cost, taking the British public for fools and she has committed more U-turns than you can shake a stick at! I can't remember a Prime Minister in my life doing as many U-turns before the ink was dry.

You say bring it on. Be very careful for what you wish for because I think you will live to regret it; already 31 Conservative MPs have publicly stated they will not support a hard Brexit. The Tories are in complete chaos.

On the other hand Jeremy Corbyn has proved that the British people, the thinking British people, realise that what he was advocating is exactly what this nation needs - a strong economy and a fairer society. Who can argue against that? The Tories wants to cripple British industry; why I don't know because it provides us with the amenities that we need. For some reason the Tories, for the first time in their history, want to attack it.

I don't believe Jeremy Corbyn is willing to do enough to equal our society; I'm not against riches and I'm not against the wealthiest in society but what I am opposed to is their not paying their taxes. Successive governments have continued to write legislation that you can drive a coach and horses through because everybody expects people to cheat and people like you who are not prepared to pay a little more in tax to live in a decent society are a disgrace. But the rich should pay more; the Duke of Westminster died earlier this year leaving billions but without one penny of tax. That has to be wrong.

Theresa May is an insult to Christianity; her lack of compassion is unbelievable and the arrogance of this woman is breathtaking.

The sooner she leaves the better.
