The homes at Grundy Fold Farm, Chorley New Road, Horwich
I WAS born at Bottom’o’th' moor 75 yrs ago but now a Hindleyite for 53 years, I still know the area fairly well..
I agree with both sentiments of the Council and its officers that the buildings at Grundy Fold Farm are a horrendous blot on the landscape and developers Sparkle ought to be made to demolish the two buildings, reduce the proposed height to two storeys then build them in the right place, size and design as the original application.
