Open Letter to Cliff Morris Labour Council Leader, Bolton against the Bedroom Tax Group, whilst welcoming the Plans for regeneration of Bolton Town Centre, we have a few questions to ask.

Firstly of the 1,800 houses planned, what percentage of these will be much needed affordable Homes, there is a chronic shortage of affordable Social houses in the Borough, and it needs to be addressed.

Secondly of the projected 7,400 that would be created in the Regeneration plans, how many of these would be minimum wage, and zero hours contracts, it is incumbent on the council to try to ensure that these jobs will be decently paid jobs.

Our young people deserve a decent future, with hope, and less exploitation.
