RE The Sparkle development.
A very serious financial penalty can be recouped from the profit on the houses that aren't supposed to be there.
It is time the council stood up to people like this.
They didn't have planning permission and until we stand up to them it will continue to be done this way.
I can sympathise with the buyers, but it is up to them to take on Sparkle as it knew it was selling homes without planning permission.
When will the council listen to the residents instead of the developers?
