THE bins in the cages for the flats in Holmes Street and Melbrook Walk are always full (The Bolton News, April 10).
The bin men are refusing to empty the bins because they can't get in as people are just throwing rubbish over.
It is stopping people getting in and all the residents have to keep rubbish in their homes.
It is not hygienic for them to do this and there are rats running around the street and people are scared in case they get bitten by them or if the pets get bitten by the rats.
My property is full with rubbish bags and now I have rats coming to my home.
I can't even have my children coming up and seeing me or even having them staying over as my son is seven years old and my daughter is only five months old.
