SO, RBS is closing branches because of close proximity to like kind.
Pray tell me which bank is "interfering" with the Astley Bridge branch?
Could it be the town centre branch where parking is difficult and expensive?
I’ve been a member for more than 60 years.
It appears staff and customers are of no concern to these decision makers.
