Wildlife ‘red tape’

WITH little notice or publicity our government has branded protection for the conservation, wildlife and countryside as “red tape”.
Unless we organise a big outcry, we could see laws scrapped that protect wild birds, national parks, paths and access to the countryside and that keep the government on track with tackling climate change.
