Football yobs trash pub

FOOTBALL hooligans allying themselves with Bolton Wanderers trashed a pub during a pre-arranged fight with rival Manchester City louts.

Yobs armed themselves with pool cues and glasses during the brawl in the Railway pub in Darwen, after the clubs had drawn 0-0 at the Reebok Stadium on Saturday, police said.

A man was dragged through a window in the mass brawl and several people needed hospital treatment for cuts and bruises, although no one was seriously injured.

The groups had been in the pub for 10 minutes when one shouted "We're Bolton" and the fight broke out, landlady Gillian Campbell said.

Some 15 suspects, including four 16-year-olds, all from Greater Manchester, were arrested for violent disorder after the incident at around 6.15pm on Saturday.

Mrs Campbell said she was angry at being left with a £1,500 repair bill.

She said: "They were throwing chairs and knocking tables over. Then someone smashed the front window with a stool and a man was dragged out through it.

"Customers and staff tried to get them out of the pub and one of the girls was hit in the face."

Detective Sergeant Allen Davies, of Blackburn CID, said: "This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Fortunately no one was seriously injured as a result of this."

Heard a few whispers LeRoy was involved.

A select handful of the super human MIB took on a combined mob of Blackburn,City and Wigan in what underworld sources are saying is a dispute over a pedigree goat breeding cartel.

FOOTBALL hooligans allying themselves with Bolton Wanderers

I think you'll find that should be "aligning" not "allying"; unless the footballers were actually joining in themselves. Which I doubt.

Why would Bolton fans and Citeh Fans travel all the way to Darwen for a ruck? The route is complicated and Darwen is a S-hole anyhow.

I heard a whisper it was Wigan fans in the pub and the local mouthy Chavs started winding them up with Bolton songs, which ended up with them receiving a hiding. That would explain the BN using the word "Allying". If it were Bolton fans, it would simply say, 'Bolton Fans,' but the BN know the truth and use clever words to make a story out of what is nothing to do with Bolton, BWFC or it's fans. The incident could have happended in the country.
