ALVIN is a big beautiful tabby male cat who is around five-years-old.

He was reported to the RSPCA after he was left behind at a property when his owners moved away.

He was picked up by an inspector and taken to the RSPCA Animal Hospital in Salford where he was blood tested for feline Aids and leukaemia, flea and worm treated, microchipped, neutered and has started his vaccinations.

It is hard to believe anyone would want to abandon Alvin as he really is such an affectionate and loving cat.

He loves human attention more than anything and is desperate for a bit of love. He enjoys a good fuss and would make a wonderful family pet. He seems fine with other cats he has been introduced to and is a very good eater; so much so he probably needs to go on a diet.

FREDDIE is a big white and black handsome male cat who is around two-years-old. He had been found living as a stray with an abscess on the back of his neck which has since been treated and has completely healed.

When Freddie first came into our care he was quite shy and would try and hide for the first few days but he soon came out of his shell.

He is extremely affectionate and loves to be around people. He enjoys being fussed over and is fine being handled. Freddie is a very clean boy and will use his litter tray and he is a very good eater — he certainly loves his food.

Freddie would make a lovely family pet although he is not too keen on the other cats in the cattery.

He has been blood tested for feline Aids and leukaemia, flea and worm treated, microchipped, neutered and is fully vaccinated.

Could you give this old girl a new start in life. She certainly deserves it.

Little Vicky is a sweet black and white female cat who is around 12 years old. She was originally homed quite a few years ago from our branch but sadly due to a change in her owner’s circumstances she has had to come back into care.

Vicky does have some health problems associated with her age but she is fine at the moment and should have a good couple of years in her yet hopefully. We would also assist financially with any ongoing vet treatment she may need.

Little Vicky is a lovely, friendly girl who needs a quiet home where she can spend the rest of her days. If you would like to offer Vicky or another of the RSPCA cats a forever home please contact Bolton RSPCA on 01204 521160.
