Factory workers from Little Hulton heading to Benidorm in 1973
AT a time when most people thought a holiday in Blackpool was a treat here we see a group of women heading off for warmer climes.
The date is January, 1973, and this party of Little Hulton factory workers were heading for a few days in Benidorm.
It is the third time the workers, all women from Quelrayn Limited of Highfield Road, had been abroad to Spain together.
The trips were organised by Mrs Margaret Doolan of Little Hulton.
