TEN-month-old pup Max has captured the hearts of staff at Warrington Animal Welfare, who say the lovable and goofy dog brightens their days.
But they say the Akita Labrador crossbreed desperately needs a new home after spending the past three months at the rescue centre.
Max arrived at the Slutchers Lane site after his owners became too ill to care for him.
While he gets along well with other dogs, Max is full of energy and can be a bit clumsy, so he would be happiest with a family who had no other pets and teenage children.
Staff at Warrington Animal Welfare said Max needs a bit of training but will be a loving addition to any home because he is cheerful and loyal.
