AN exclusive nightclub is opening its doors to the public for a night of music this weekend.

Bolton band Jade Assembly will take to the stage at members-only Bleachworks on Saturday.

It is the first in a series of events which will see the venue welcome non-members for live music nights.

Promoter and DJ Tim Owen said: “There have been events and club nights at the venue before but this takes things in a different direction.

“The Jade Assembly have got a great reputation as a local band and The Bleachworks will be opened up to the public and the event will make it more accessible.

“It’s a great little venue with a capacity for around 220 people. It is not going to be everyone’s cup of tea but it is a great chance to see an intimate gig.”

The Jade Assembly will be supported by Sunset Radio and James Carson.

Doors open at 9pm with tickets available online at Skiddle or on the door.

Gigs have been booked for August and October, and if successful could become a regular night next year.
