A RADIO DJ who recently moved to Bolton is holding a Latino-themed networking night.
Robert Maseko, of internet station Radio Africa AYE, will host Summer Waves at The Bank, at The Vaults, Market Place on Saturday, July 8 between 9pm and midnight.
Mr Maseko, who lives in Tonge Moor, will play a DJ set featuring the music of Latino artists such as Shakira, Gloria Estefan and Enrique Iglesias as well as the African music his station is known for.
He hopes the evening will provide the perfect opportunity to meet new friends and connections in his adoptive home town.
He said: “The night’s about building friendships between cultures, music and networking. I want people to come along, so turn up and let’s make friends!
“Radio Africa AYE internet radio is there to promote, educate, entertain and celebrate cultures.”
Doors open at 6pm.
Cocktails and sangria will be available. Admission is free.
