Manchester’s very own GorgeousCouture.com has been shortlisted for an award and needs you to get voting.
The O2 X Awards 2009 has shortlisted Warren Bardsley as male entrepreneur of the year for his part as creative director of the online boutique Gorgeous Couture is a Manchester-based fashion label which specialises in clothing with a free custom “made-to-measure” service — credit crunch warning triangle!
The online site even offers a free celebrity stylist service with stockists including House of Fraser and Selfridges.
With over 200 designs you’ll find everything you need on one site — including a courier service to rival others. Your purchases will arrive in a keep sake gift box on luxurious velvet hangers.
Warren Bardsley said: “It’s been fantastic news to be selected for the o2 awards — especially as I’m told that the competition was really strong this year. This really does reinforce the fact that with passion, determination and hard work — even in the face of challenging economic forecasts — great things can happen. Being shortlisted is an accolade not only for me, but for the great team. Of course, it would also be great to bring this award ‘up North’.”
The finalists from each category and region will be invited to meet with a panel of expert judges before attending the national finals in London, in October 2009.
So to vote for Warren and his team all you need to do is get online and make your click count.
