FA Cup Family Friendly Celebration Day
Join us for a fun afternoon celebrating the opening of our new exhibition – Saved for the Nation: The Story of the FA Cup.
Activities include family friendly tours at 11.30am and 3pm, handling sessions and make a finger footer with staff from the National Football Museum(both 1 – 4pm) and special appearances by Bolton Wanderers’ mascot ‘Lofty the Lion’ at 1.30 and 2.30pm.

FA Cup Easter Activities at Bolton Museum
Celebrate the opening of our new exhibition - Saved for the Nation: The Story of the FA Cup with a fantastic range of family events over the Easter holidays. Activities include quizzes (available Sat 4 – Sat 18 April), trophy making (Sat 4 April), greeting card making (Tues 7 April), storytelling (Weds 8 & Weds 15 April), stadium building (Thurs 9 April), crest designing (Tues 14 April), making picture frames (Thurs 16 April) and t-shirt painting (Sat 18 April). Please note, we are expected to be very busy so please come in on the day of the event to book your place on the workshops. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please note that museum will be closed from Friday 10 - Monday 13 April.
