FROM styles reminiscent of the Paris catwalks to looks for every day wear, a Bolton salon showcased hairdos for all occasions.

Stylists at Barbara Gregori Hairdressing & Beauty, Markland Hill Lane, created the looks for a recent photo shoot.

They can recreate styles such as loose curls for customers or style simpler versions of the high fashion look for those wanting a style to make a statement.

Barbara, who has run the salon for 10 years, said: "We recently had a photo shoot in the salon. Each stylist produced two different looks.

"The first look was more salon every day and the second look, avant garde.

"We had several meetings on what look we wanted to create and produced a mood board with all our ideas.

"The week before the shoot, we prepared the models by cutting and colouring the hair to get the desired look."

Barbara, as well as stylists Laura Woods, Louise Mason and Stacie Kershaw, created the looks which were photographed by Steve Thorley.

Barbara said: "On the day of the shoot, we had a make-up artist and photographer and a variety of clothes for our models to wear.

"We then, in turn, created one look at a time then discussed with our make-up artist how we wanted our models' make-up to be done.

"Then it was time for the photographer to sort the lights and backdrop to create the perfect shot.

"We all had a great day and are very pleased with the pictures that are going to be displayed in the salon."

Danielle Amos applied henna tattoos for one of the looks and the models included Barbara's daughter, Jessica, Ellie Worthington, Alex Duxbury and Lucy Hill.
