THE supernatural drama Echoes will be screened at Tyldesley Little Theatre on Friday, March 2.

The feature film stars and has been made by a team including nine past and present members of the theatre.

It tells the story of Dave Hidie, who has moved to a new home and a new job with his wife, but who finds that echoes from a family bereavement are sending a message which could turn his life upside down.

Tickets for the screening cost £3, and can be booked by ringing 01204 655619 or 01942 886908.

Tyldesley Little Theatre’s press officer, Ian Taylor, who also appeared in the film, said: “It would great to see as many local people as possible supporting the film and the brilliant work of three local boys, Craig Kendrick, Ivan Meredith and David Wilson, who deserve success for their efforts.”

The audience will be invited to meet the production team and enjoy a short show/presentation about the making of the film.

Director Craig Kendrick said: “The team are keen to show what can be achieved within a local environment given a strong will to be passionate and follow your dreams.”

The film has already had one successful screening at Cineworld in Bolton, and the production team are planning a second Cineworld screening in Leigh, which could be attended by local MP Andy Burnham.
