A MAN fleeing from Police Special Constables was hit by a car on Moss Bank Way, Bolton on Tuesday evening.
The 42-year-old was knocked down by a red Fiat Punto at around 7pm as he ran into the road.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: “Two Police Special Constables were on Moss Bank Way, Bolton, and approached a man to talk to him.
“The man turned and ran into the road and was then knocked over by a red Fiat Punto.
“He received minor injuries and was taken to hospital, but was later discharged.
“The man, 42-years-old, was later arrested for breach of his bail conditions.”
