NEXT is due to open the doors of its huge new £12million store at the beginning of July.

The clothing retailer will be unveiling its highly-anticipated unit, which measures 39,000 square feet, at Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park on Tuesday, July 3.

The store will also include a Costa Coffee and a Paperchase.

Store Manager, Anthony Bowes, said: “The team at Bolton Middlebrook are all really excited for the new store, it looks simply stunning.

"We look forward to welcoming all customers to this new and exciting shopping environment.”

The shop will open at 10am and the first 20 people in the queue will be given a golden envelope.

These will all contain a gift card worth between £5 and £100 for people to spend in the store.

A spokesman from Middlebrook Retail Park said: "We are very excited for the launch of the new Next store.

"Our shoppers have been waiting patiently for the launch and we don’t think they will be disappointed.

"It is a fantastic addition to the retail park and Horwich. As well as having our current three Next stores move under one roof it will also boast a Paperchase and Costa Coffee enhancing our current retail offer.

"We wish them well with this fantastic new store."

The premises will be open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8.30pm as well as 9am to 8pm on Saturdays and 10.30am to 5pm on Sundays.

It is the second big opening to take place at the Horwich business park since the start of this year.

Staff and customers recently celebrated the launch of Homesense Bolton, which opened its doors at Middlebrook on May 24.

The business, which is part of the TK Maxx family, opened up the new shop in the existing TK Maxx unit at the Horwich business hub.

As well as carrying out the customary ribbon cutting, store manager Lauren Dimmock presented gifts to the very first customers Sharron Browitt and Julie Hughes.
