THINGS appear to have done an about turn in some schools as this photograph taken at one Bolton school goes to prove.
Here we see children from Castle Hill Primary School back in 1931 and they are enjoying a gardening lesson.
Today there are many schools where gardens are cultivated and children are able to grow their own vegetables and flowers.
