TWO men were arrested in Buckley Lane, Farnworth, on suspicion of drugs offences.
The car was stopped at 1.45am yesterday and a small amount of white powder was found.
One man was released without charge and a 33-year-old man was cautioned for possession of a class A and class B drug.
