ELDERLY people are being invited to get fit with gentle chair-based exercises at a new eco-friendly building.
The health activities, which aim to improve strength and flexibility, are being held at the Environmental Resource Centre in Bury Road.
The building, which has solar panel heating and an ultra-efficient boiler, is the headquarters of the Lancashire Wildlife Trust.
The LWT is running the sessions jointly with Age Concern.
The exercise groups run from 11.15am to 12pm and start on Tuesday July 8.
