BOLTON businesswoman Hilary Devey, pictured, made a list of people with whom Britons would replace Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne.
She was number six on the list and more than two-thirds of people said they would replace him with an entrepreneur, with their top choice being Sir Richard Branson.
With 49 per cent feeling worse off now than they did a year ago, 86 per cent of those questioned said they would change the Chancellor of the Exchequer according to Gocompare.com's poll.
Lord Alan Sugar was the second choice. John Miles, Gocompare.com's business development director, said: “With nearly half of Brits feeling worse off, it's perhaps understandable that many people would happily swap Mr Osborne.”
