A DRUG dealer has been told he must pay back the £6,400 he made from his crimes or face another four months in prison.
In July, Nadim Ahmed was jailed for 28 months after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply and an unrelated burglary.
Ahmed, aged 35, of Wigan Road, Deane, was caught when police raided a house in The Walkway, Ladybridge, in March last year and found him sitting on a couch with two phones and three bags of cannabis.
A search of the house revealed more bags of the drug, worth £1,600, and a search of his home address revealed £2,130 in a drawer, which was confiscated.
At Bolton Crown Court yesterday, Recorder Craig Osborne agreed that Ahmed had benefited from his drug dealing to the tune of £6,400.
Ahmed owns a house in Parkinson Street, Bolton, and Recorder Osborne ruled that Osborne should pay the £6,400 or spend a further four months behind bars.
