Driver doubles missing dog reward

A COACH driver has more than doubled the reward he is offering to reunited with his missing dog.

Steven Harrison, from Cardiff, has pleaded for any news regarding his beloved Staffordshire cross Pippin and offered a £500 reward for information leading to the dog’s return. Pippin and his brother, Nipper, bolted from Mr Harrison’s coach, which was used to take Cardiff City fans to the Reebok Stadium, after being startled by a firework set off in the wake of Bolton’s victory over them on November 3.

Nipper was found shortly afterwards but Pippin was nowhere to be seen. The 58-year-old said: “It is breaking my heart and has been devastating for Nipper.

“I have had a couple of calls from people about it but none of them have been him.

“I’ve spoken to every dogs home in Bolton but none of them have got him. Somebody must have seen him and I’m desperate to get him back.”

Pippin is dark brindle with white on his face and chest.

He is not microchipped.

Anyone with information can contact Mr Harrison on 07966 276 215 or Bolton RSPCA on 01204 521 160.
