THERE will be a delicious global flavour in Victoria Square when its popular international market returns.
Stalls selling foods from around the world, as well as gifts and crafts will be set up in the square for four days, transforming the town centre into a melting pot of cultures and cuisines.
There will be pastries and tarts, olives, salami, chocolate and cakes, as well as fashion and crafts stalls.
Bolton was elected to host the huge international market in 2011 after the success of the town’s food and drink festival.
Trading will take place from 10am to 4pm.
The market will open on Thursday, March 21 until Sunday, March 24.
