8:57am Friday 8th February 2013 in News
DIVING show Splash! will return for a second series, it has been announced.
But a spokesman for ITV said they could not yet confirm if Bolton’s Vernon Kay would be returning as co-host of the Saturday night show with Gabby Logan.
The spokesman said they did not have the details at this early stage as the recommission has just been announced.
The show will be back on TV screens in 2014 with Olympic Bronze medal and British and European Championship winner Tom Daley returning for series two.
Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards was crowned Splash! winner on Saturday, watched by a peak audience of 6.6 million viewers.

Never mind, while the BN spoon feeds this pap to its readers the bigger stories go unreported, like the disastrous demise of a once fine shopping centre.

The sponsers need their heads examined and Vernon Kaye is better then this to think that these are the kind of programs we the viewers want to see. My son watches it but then he watches lots of other rubbish as well.
C'mon ITV, give us some good old murder mysteries or decent quiz shows like Tipping point or Perfection which are shown in the afternoons. I'm sure people who work all week would appreciate these type of good programs, not this rubbish the are splashing out at the moment.
