THE funeral of a 12-year-old girl found dead at her Walkden home, will take place on February 20.
Jessica Jevons, a year eight pupil at St George’s RC High School, was found dead at her home on February 5.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death and an inquest has been opened and adjourned at Bolton Coroner’s Court.
A tribute page set up in Jessica’s memory on Facebook has 1,132 ‘likes’.
Her parents Duncan and Michelle said they were “devastated and shocked” and would never forget their daughter.
Jessica had three brothers, including her twin Patrick.
There will be a Mass on Wednesday, February 20, for pupils at St George’s RC High School at 8.30am.
This will be followed by a Mass at Christ the King Church, in Manchester Road, at 1pm, before a committal at Agecroft Crematorium, at 2.20pm.
