Funeral of tragic Jessica

THE funeral of a 12-year-old girl found dead at her Walkden home will take place today.
Jessica Jevons, a year eight pupil at St George’s RC High School, was found dead at her home on February 5.
Police said there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death and an inquest has been opened and adjourned at Bolton Coroner’s Court.
A tribute page set up in Jessica’s memory on Facebook now has 1,161 likes. Jessica leaves her parents, Duncan and Michelle, and three brothers, including her twin Patrick.
The funeral will be followed by a mass at Christ the King Church, in Manchester Road, at 1pm, before a committal at Agecroft Crematorium at 2.20pm.
