Paddy to join chat show marathon

BOLTON comedian Paddy McGuinness is one of the famous faces taking part in the biggest chat show ever for Comic Relief.

He is among the star-studded line-up of guests and performers for Comic Relief’s Big Chat with Graham Norton.

At 7pm on Thursday, March 7, Graham will take over BBC Three for the whole night and into the early hours of Friday morning as he attempts to set the Guinness World Record for Most Questions Asked on a TV Chat Show.

Graham said: “David Walliams swam the Thames, John Bishop endured a week of hell and Eddie Izzard ran marathon after marathon after marathon. I am hoping to join this elite group of celebrity fundraisers by doing what I do best — sitting on my backside and talking.”

The rest of the line-up of guests includes Sarah Millican, Keith Lemon, Elle Macpherson, Heston Blumenthal, Got To Dance judges Ashley Banjo, Kimberley Wyatt and Kirstie Allsopp, plus musical performances including Example and Paloma Faith.

Graham will be assisted throughout the evening by a number of co-hosts, such as Sir Terry Wogan and Nick Grimshaw.
