A DRUG dealer who was involved in a high speed crash has lost his cars.
Father-of-three Mohammed Azad crashed at 115mph after a police pursuit through Bolton.
At a Proceeds of Crime hearing the court was told Azad made £40,000 from drug dealing.
Police took two Audi cars, worth a total of £4,685, and £1,315 in cash from him.
In November last year he was jailed for 22 months after pleading guilty to a string of offences, including two counts of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, assault, dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.
Azad, aged 32, of Lonsdale Road, Heaton, has a lengthy record for driving offences, has repeated epileptic attacks and his 31-year-old wife acts as his carer.
Tony Wood, finance investigator for Bolton, said: “Another Bolton drug dealer has had money taken from him.
“It continues to set an example to others in that trade that we will take their assets.”
