A MAN will appear in court next week after cash-trap devices were found on two cash machines in Bury.
Marcel Dumitru, aged 35, currently at HMP Dovegate, has been charged with conspiracy to steal from cash machines.
He is due before Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court next Friday.
The charges relate to a number of cash-trap devices which were found across dispensers of ATMs between December 12 and February 8 at Walmersley Road Post Office, in Walmersley, and Morrisons in King Street, Ramsbottom.
