A 59-YEAR-OLD woman accused of calling the emergency services has been charged with breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
Elaine Hodkinson, of Tithe Barn Street in Westhoughton, is banned from contacting the emergency services except for in a genuine emergency or to make a real report.
She is alleged to have breached the order, which was made in October, 2011, by calling the police twice on Tuesday at 5.30pm to say her dog had got out. She then called the ambulance service to say she was having trouble breathing.
Neither of the calls required the emergency services to attend. She was arrested at her home.
