Man who spat on baby avoids jail
A MAN who spat on a baby has been given a suspended prison sentence by Bolton magistrates.
Neil Luetchford, aged 44, of Castle Street, Bolton, had denied assaulting the child and breaching an anti-social behaviour order on February 28, but was found guilty after a trial.
He was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for two years and will be subject to a 8pm to 6am curfew for six months.
He was also ordered to pay £200 compensation, £750 prosecution costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
