A NIGHT out in Blackpool landed single mum-of-four Naneeka Campbell in the dock at Bolton Magistrates Court after she was arrested for drink driving.
Campbell, aged 35, of Waggon Road, Bolton, had tried to find accommodation for the night in the resort, but when she was unable to do so decided to drive home.
But on the way back she “clipped” a traffic island in De Havilland Way, Bolton, and, when stopped by the police, it was discovered she was over the drink-driving limit.
Campbell pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle over the alcohol limit.
She was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £140, and ordered to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
