TINY tots at a Farnworth nursery will help other poorly children raise a smile in hospital thanks to a cash boost.
Youngsters, parents and staff at the Shining Stars Nursery raised £1,176 for the "giggle doctors" at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
Humphrey Bear, the children’s hospital mascot, paid the nursery a visit to collect the cheque and say thank you to all the children.
Staff and parents at the nursery chose to fundraise for the giggle doctors after toddler Lily Beswick, who was treated at the hospital, lost her battle to cancer last November.
