A FLASHER was ordered to take part in a three-year sex offender programme after admitting indecent exposure.
James Malnieks, aged 32, of Torrisdale Close, Deane, pleaded guilty at Bolton Magistrates Court to deliberately exposing himself with the intention of causing distress and alarm on November 11.
