Bolton Magistrates Court
A 29-YEAR-OLD man was acquitted of raping a woman in Bolton.
Guessan Alain Benie-Bi, of Duke Street, Bolton, was charged with raping a woman on July 17, 2012.
The case was sent to Bolton Crown Court for a hearing on December 20.
At a hearing on January 7, 2014, the judge directed for a not guilty verdict to be given after no evidence was offered.
