Santa arrives to the delight of reception class pupils
YOUNGSTERS at Bishop Bridgeman CE Primary School in Great Lever welcomed Santa to his new grotto.
The grotto, paid for by the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), was put up in the school playground.
Head teacher Jill Pilling said: “Parents, staff and children filled up as they watched the grotto being built, it was mesmerising.
“Santa and his grotto went down a real storm and the parents thought it was amazing.”
Following this year’s success, the grotto will be making another appearance next year.
