PADDY McGuinness hosted a Christmas special of his show Take Me Out — as part of Friday’s Text Santa live extravaganza on ITV.
The campaign raised £4.2 million for six UK charities and has raised nearly £14 million over the last three years.
The star-studded show was packed with surprises for audience and presenters, and music performances.
The entertainment was presented by Ant and Dec, Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby then Christine Bleakley and Paddy.
Other items in the show included Prime Minister David Cameron interviewed by youngsters Little Ant and Dec and Cheryl Cole taking centre stage on Coronation Street.
Paddy’s Take Me Out, as usual, show featured 30 single ladies — however, all the women looking for love were aged over 50.
All money donated by viewers will go to Age UK, Barnardo’s, BeatBullying, British Heart Foundation, CLIC Sargent and Help the Hospices.
