A BLACKROD woman remained undefeated on a TV game show and boosted her prize winnings to £155,000.
Christine Moorcroft, known as Chrissy, fought off competition from two pairs of contestants on the National Lottery’s Who Dares Wins game show on Saturday on BBC1.
She was appearing in the new series of the show after her success last year winning £130,000 with “Joe from Canterbury”. On Saturday night the pair added a further £25,000 to their prize pot.
The show sees two teams of strangers compete for the chance to win thousands of pounds, and if they keep winning they can continue to add to their prize fund.
The pair could become the biggest winners in the show’s history, with the record standing at £170,000, and will look to add to their winnings on next week’s show.
The show airs on BBC1 on Saturday at 8.30pm.
