WINTRY weather has not stopped a group of scrap metal dealers stripping off to pose for a charity calendar.
Staff at Metro Salvage, in Bolton, bared all to pose for 12 pictures to raise money for KiDs of Bolton.
The BBC has recently been filming a fly-on-the-wall documentary with the scrap metal dealers, and the calendar will form part of the programme.
Harry McGuire, aged 67, the photographer behind the 2014 calendar, said the men needed little encouragement to take part.
Mr McGuire, from Breightmet, said: “It’s all a bit of fun, of course, and for a good cause.
“Some of the lads are built like bodybuilders and some are not, shall we say.
“There is one lad, called Aaron Sparrow and he sort of looks a little like a sparrow, in the kindest possible way.
“The lads say they will willingly sign them for any particularly keen fans.”
The calendars are £5 each and are available be bought at Metro Salvage’s yard in Top Waterloo Street or by calling 01204 388488.
