A 37-YEAR-OLD woman has been charged with being drunk in the care of a child.
Michelle Edwards, of Cecilia Street, Great Lever, was arrested on Saturday evening at about 8.25pm following a report to police of a woman appearing to be drunk in Trinity Street, Bolton, with a toddler.
She has been charged with child neglect/child cruelty and will appear at Bolton Magistrates Court on January 30.
